A fan-led campaign from the city where it all began
New Orleans gave the world Popeyes. Now let’s bring its boldest, strangest, most delicious chapter home.
The petition
Popeyes was born in New Orleans, and Super Popeyes was one of the boldest chapters in its history—a larger-than-life restaurant experience built around Louisiana food, abundance, and personality.
We are asking Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and its New Orleans-area franchise partners to open a modern Super Popeyes flagship in Greater New Orleans.
It should celebrate the original concept with an expanded Louisiana menu, archival design, and a buffet or recurring all-you-can-eat experience. This would be more than another restaurant. It would be a destination celebrating the city that gave Popeyes to the world.
What we’re proving
Verified ZIP codes show how much demand comes from Greater New Orleans.
Supporters tell Popeyes how often they would actually visit the new flagship.
